Booking Policy:

1. 🕒 Arrival & Timing:

• Clients must arrive 2–3 hours before departure or tour time.

• Late arrivals may result in forfeited bookings or adjusted itineraries.

• Final itinerary will be sent 48 hours before travel.

2. ❌ Cancellation Policy:

• 7 days before travel: 50% refund

• 3 days before travel: 30% refund

• 1 day before or no-show: No refund

• Rebooking allowed once, subject to availability and rebooking fee

• Cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., typhoon) will be handled case-to-case

3. 📍 Location & Parking:

• Meet-up location:

• Google Maps link and instructions will be sent upon confirmation

4. 🧼 Cleanliness & Safety:

• All transportation and accommodation partners follow DOT health protocols

• Regular disinfection of vehicles and tour equipment

• Tour guides and drivers are fully trained in health and safety procedures

• Face masks and sanitizers may be provided upon request

5. 💳 Payment Options:

• Bank Transfer: BDO, BPI,Unionbank, GCash

• GCash / Maya / QR Code payments

• Cash payment (for local meetups only)

• 50% downpayment to confirm booking

• Remaining balance due 45 days before travel date
